Having been involved with Autodesk software since AutoCAD 2.6, Rick Feineis has over 32 years of experience training designers on the use of CAD and BIM software. As an Autodesk Certified Revit Instructor (ACI), CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+), Autodesk Authorized Instructor (AAI) and Autodesk Certified Examiner (ACE), Rick has personally trained over 10,000 people on the use of CAD and BIM in the architecture, engineering, construction and manufacturing markets. In addition to assisting customers in implementing Autodesk AEC platform products, he has also consulted globally with Autodesk, and was a co-author of the AutoCAD Certified Associate and AutoCAD Certified Professional examinations. He has written numerous production and workflow related white papers for the AEC industry.

Rick is the owner of CAD Training Online, one of a handful of Autodesk Authorized Training Centers that is authorized by Autodesk to provide instructor-led training via the internet. When does the course start and finish?
The course starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish.

<p> The lessons in the examination cover the topics that are on the examination. They are short videos that illustrate each item that the certification will assess. In addition, there is a 30 minute video that details how the test is conducted and methods for taking the examination to ensure the highest level of success. </p>
It was my understanding that this exam has to be carried out under the watchful eye of an appointed examiner ratified by Autodesk in a test center
<p> This is correct. You cannot take the examination from home. You will have to go to a certified testing center so they can validate that it is you that is taking the examination. </p>

<p> The videos that we have produced are not super detailed by any means. They were created to serve as a reference for people that want to see each topic on the examination in a video format. </p>
What is the Time Limit for this exam on date being taken, and what are the stipulations required to meet these demands and in the event of failing the time pe
<p> The Autodesk Revit Architecture Certified Professional examination is timed. Each participant has 120 minutes to complete the examination </p>
What is the Pass level required to obtain the exam?
<p> 80% is the pass rate for this examination. </p>
Is your video training comprehensive, and visual as you describe the actual demonstration, and is it combined with working files, and allowing one to observe
<ul> <li>This $75 training is preparation for the examination. It is not structured to serve as training to use Revit. If someone needs to learn Revit then they need to attend a structured class (online instructor led, self-paced or in person) or they can simply watch 2,000 YouTube videos and use the software on a daily basis for over six months.</li> </ul> <ul> <li><strong>From the official Autodesk certification roadmap</strong>: Actual hands-on experience is a critical component in preparing for the exam. You must spend time using the product and applying the skills you have learned.
